What You’ll Be Doing

Masterfully assessing vehicle damage to ensure safe, cost-effective repairs

Conducting post-repair inspections to guarantee top quality

Delivering expert advice via phone and face-to-face, providing customers with care and clarity

Writing precise reports, negotiating repair costs, and working with repair partners

Collaborating with a passionate team to solve challenges and enhance customer experience

Helping us uphold high standards that protect customers and keep the business thriving

What You Bring To The Team

Trade qualification in motor body repair industry (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent)

Minimum of 5 years hand-on experience as a Panel Beater,



Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic and up-to-date industry knowledge

Sound experience in writing quotes and estimating

A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills

Tech-savvy with confidence using computers

Ability to work independently and as a team player

Valid driver's license
