M.J. Bale is seeking an experienced Cluster Business Manager to oversee Pacific Fair, David Jones Pacific Fair and Harbour Town stores. This Tuesday-to-Saturday role keeps you close to the floor, developing teams and driving performance across three locations. Lead sales and KPIs, coach store leaders, build a culture of service and client relationships, and work with David Jones and internal stakeholders. You will travel between locations to stay close to the teams.
