Essential Duties:
Generate business leads and following up on sales opportunities
Sales experience within Completions and Production market
Ability to provide technical solutions for on-the-fly water treatment and water recycle operations
Proven track record of closing sales at all levels, field, city and executive
Builds relationships with key decision makers at all levels
Work closely with the team to develop new business
Establish and develop new opportunities at all levels and manage project coordination and follow up
Market analysis including opportunities and threats
Attend weekly sales meeting
Provide weekly sales report
Daily/weekly use of TETRA’s CRM Platform (Customer Relationship Management)
Proposal creation to invoice collection as needed
Participates in sales shows, conferences and industry events to generate new business leads
Troubleshoots problems regarding job performance and implements changes
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE:
5 years’ experience in Water Treatment & Recycling
TRAVEL:
80%
OTHER:
Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
Must possess a valid Driver’s License
