Who We Are Evolve is a premium private coaching facility in Bayswater, established in 2007.

We work with everyday people who want to become stronger, fitter, healthier and more capable. Many come to us with injuries, pain, declining fitness, weight gain or previous experiences where generic training simply hasn’t worked.

We look beyond the workout to understand what is actually limiting someone's progress, bringing training, movement, rehabilitation, nutrition and health together when needed.

Our coaches work as part of a team, supported by expertise across Exercise Physiology, rehabilitation, nutrition and health.

What You’ll Do You’ll coach clients through individualised training programs built around their goals, abilities, training history and limitations.

Your role will include:





Delivering high-quality 1:1 Personal Training and Team Training

Assessing clients and developing individualised programs

Adjusting exercise progressions and regressions as clients develop

Conducting regular progress reviews and strength & fitness testing

Managing your own coaching schedule

Collaborating with Evolve’s wider team when clients need additional support

You don't need to know our systems before you arrive.

You'll receive ongoing training and support from our senior coaches in assessment, programming, strength training, movement, rehabilitation principles, coaching and client management.

What You’ll Need

Certificate III & IV in Fitness

Current First Aid & CPR

Strong exercise technique and strength-training knowledge

Confidence coaching clients independently

Strong communication skills, professionalism and reliability

Two or more years of industry experience is preferred, although we’re equally interested in the professional development you’ve pursued beyond your initial qualifications.
