The Operations Coordinator - coordinates customer enquiries and jobs from initial contact through to installation and follow-up. The role works closely with homeowners, builders, installers, Sales and internal teams while managing service requests, quotations, administration and CRM records.

Key responsibilities

Responding to enquiries from homeowners and builders by phone and email

Logging, prioritising and tracking service requests

Coordinating customers, builders, installers and internal teams

Confirming site readiness, access requirements and product availability

Monitoring job progress and following up outstanding actions

Preparing customer quotations and processing sales documentation

Managing inbound leads and supporting timely customer follow-up

Maintaining accurate customer, sales and service records within the CRM

Resolving customer concerns professionally and escalating matters when required





Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes

About you

Previous experience in customer service, operations coordination, sales support or administration

Robust verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries across phone, email and CRM systems

Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A customer-focused mindset with a calm, professional and solutions-oriented approach

Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM or job-management systems

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
