Shape the future of tertiary education delivery by taking a lead role in modernising core enterprise platforms. As part of a customer centric digital transformation initiative, you will lead complex functional analysis, solution design, and process optimisation to elevate the staff and student experience.

The Role

n

Working within a hybrid delivery model, you will drive discovery, requirements architecture, and continuous improvement across core enterprise applications. Key accountabilities include:

n

Leading end to end analysis of complex business problems to design scalable, enterprise level systems and process solutions.

n

Owning functional design, system configurations, integrations, and user stories for the TechnologyOne Student Management System and CX suite.

n

Partnering directly with senior business leaders, technical leads, and vendors to align technical solutions with organisational strategy.

n

Incorporating Scrum Master type responsibilities including ticket management, workflow coordination, and sprint process oversight.

n

Mentoring junior functional analysts to uplift capability across the broader delivery team.

Core Enterprise Platform:



TechnologyOne Student Management System (SMS) & CX suite.

n

Ecosystem & Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise middleware, data governance frameworks.

n

Delivery Framework: Agile/Scrum, hybrid SDLC, Jira, Confluence.

What You'll Bring

n

Extensive track record leading systems analysis on large scale digital transformation initiatives within enterprise or higher education environments.

n

Deep functional and configuration expertise in TechnologyOne SaaS solutions, specifically Student Management or CX modules.

n

Strong capability across business process modeling, data mapping, integration design, and UAT coordination.

n

Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with proven success translating complex business requirements into clear functional specs.

n

Demonstrated experience guiding Agile delivery teams, managing sprint workflows, and mentoring junior analysts.

n
