Major Infrastructure Project | Multiple Positions

Randstad is looking for experienced Civil Plant Operators for a major road and bridge infrastructure upgrade project.

n

We are recruiting operators across the following machinery:

n

- Excavators
n
- Skid steers
n
- Backhoes
n
- Tandem tipper trucks
n
- Rollers
n

n

- $47-$50 per hour, depending on experience and tickets

To be successful, you will need:

n

n
- Proven experience operating plant on civil construction projects
n
- Relevant plant tickets or licences
n
- Construction White Card
n
- HR licence for tandem truck positions
n




- Experience working around live traffic, machinery and ground crews
n
- Ability to complete daily pre-starts and basic equipment checks
n
- Strong safety awareness and communication skills
n
- Reliable transport and availability for consistent hours
n

Operators with experience in roadworks, earthworks, drainage, bridge construction or major infrastructure projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
