Multicam Routing Systems is the largest supplier of CNC routing machinery in Australia. We require a well presented and highly motivated person to fill the above position in our Brisbane office.

This position would suit a person with some machinery background who is willing to learn and understand our range of CNC machines. Common sense and a hands‐on approach is essential. Good communication and administrative skills are also essential to be able to liaise with customers at all levels.

Position Responsibilities

- Maintain regular contact with customers to schedule machine servicing and ensure all completed works are accurately invoiced.

- Coordinate service breakdown calls with customers, ensuring company procedures are followed, including obtaining work authorisations prior to commencing repairs and invoicing.

- Manage and operate the service department in a profitable and efficient manner.

- Coordinate technical staff and prepare weekly work schedules to maximise productivity and customer service outcomes.

- Arrange and coordinate machine installations with both customers and technicians.
n
- Follow up with customers after major repairs or servicing to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.

- Maintain excellent communication with customers, always providing qualified and courteous service.

- Answer, manage, and redirect incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
