04th September, 2026 KMH Workforce are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to join a major FMG civil bulk earthworks project, with mobilisation commencing in late September/early October 2026. This is a key site leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, site personnel and project delivery. About the Role

Lead and supervise civil bulk earthworks operations on site

Oversee site crews, supervisors, plant and subcontractors

Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to project specifications

Monitor daily production, progress and resource requirements

Coordinate with the Project Manager and engineering team

Ensure project schedules and production targets are achieved

Identify and resolve construction and site issues

Maintain a strong focus on safety,



quality and environmental requirements

Provide leadership and direction to the site team

About You

Schedule 26 Supervisor Course & DMIRS Exam completed

Previous experience as a Civil Superintendent or Senior Supervisor

Strong background in bulk earthworks and civil construction

Previous mining/FIFO experience highly regarded

Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site operations

Proven ability to lead large site teams and manage multiple work fronts

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong commitment to safety and quality
