Pathfinder Recruitment are excited to bring to market a outstanding opportunity for an Account Manager to join a Melbourne based managed services provider (MSP). Working across a broad client base of SMBs in Melbourne, you will facilitate growth and ultimately the continued success of the business. You will be joining a great team with a supportive work culture, as well and learning and development initiatives. This role will be based primarily on-site.
About you Ideally you have 3+years experiencein Account Management and a good technical understanding of IT products and services. Expertise in the Microsoft stack will be advantageous. You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Building trust with key stakeholders and maintaining client relationships will be critical to your success.
Having a good track record of reaching KPIs as well as previous MSP experience is desired.
Key skills
3+years experienceas an Account Manager
Previous experience working in an MSP environment
Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft and cloud services
Ability to collaborate and align strategy, goals and objectives
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Goal driven, able to take initiative as well as work as part of a team
Key qualifications
Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
NSW Drivers licence and own car required
