Contracts & Client Relationship Manager

Your Role

Oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with our construction team

Liaise with brokers, agents, and clients to keep communication flowing smoothly

Manage RFIs, progress claims, variations, and documentation submissions

Work with builders and developers to track and advance contract milestones

Coordinate contract exchanges and financial transactions to ensure timely, seamless outcomes

Keep project documentation organised and easily accessible

Maintain robust communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to align expectations





What You’ll Bring

Strong understanding of

contract management principles

Experience with

property and/or construction contracts

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

A proactive, self-motivated mindset and the confidence to work independently

Creative problem-solving and “think ahead” attitude

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
