The Lodge Group is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the Lodge Dining Room & Bar on Little Collins Street, Melbourne. You will drive exceptional service, manage front-of-house teams, and collaborate with Kitchen and Operations to deliver a premium guest experience. Fine dining credentials and a passion for hospitality are essential, with ongoing training and professional development provided. A rotating Tue-Sat schedule and solid leadership are required.
