About the role.
n
We are looking for a full-time Technical Service Engineer to join our team in Rouse Hill, Sydney in a full-time position.
n
Tasks
n
Examining and testing machines, equipment, instruments and control systems to diagnose faults.
n
Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintaining machine, equipment and instruments
n
Reassembling, test operating and adjusting equipment.
n
Advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions.
n
Installing electronic equipment and control systems
n
Applying knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic principals in commissioning and maintaining control systems.
n
Skills and experience.
n
Applicants will need to possess at least two years recent experience in Electrical or Mechatronics background with trade/diploma qualifications. A minimum of 2 years' experience on panel-based woodworking machinery would be highly valued.
n
Good knowledge of concepts, principles and practices of electrical/mechanical systems.
n
Strong organizational skills.
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
n
Able to read and understand technical documentation, drawings, manuals and OEM guides.
n
Able to service and support equipment, including mechanical, electrical and electronic repairs.
n
