The Role

n

This is a hands‐on, multi‐site Practice Manager position, with approximately 30% of your time spent supporting reception and medical secretary duties, and the remaining 70% focused on practice management, team leadership and operations.

n

You'll be the person who keeps everything organised and running smoothly — supporting your team, working closely with specialists and making sure the clinics operate efficiently across multiple locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing and supporting the administration/reception team across multiple clinics
n
- Spending approximately 30% of your time assisting with reception and medical secretary duties
n
- Managing the remaining 70% across team leadership, rostering, operations and general Practice Manager responsibilities
n
- Supporting and developing staff and maintaining a positive team environment
n
- Working closely with cardiologists, specialists and the wider medical team
n
- Managing rosters, leave, timesheets and staffing requirements
n
- Ensuring the clinics are organised and running efficiently day to day

- Monitoring billing, administration and operational processes
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processesSupporting staff training and development
n
- Managing suppliers and general clinic requirements
n
- Dealing with issues as they arise and finding practical solutions
n
- Ensuring a high level of patient service and experience
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, practical and genuinely enjoys working with people.

n

You will ideally have previous Practice Management experience within a medical or specialist environment and be comfortable moving between the operational side of the role and being hands‐on with the team.

n
