Transurban is seeking an experienced Collections Officer to support customer outcomes while optimizing cash flow within a structured contact centre. This permanent and fixed-term role offers a beginning with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support.

The position features a hybrid work arrangement after training completion, no weekend shifts, and a 6-week onsite training block at our Eastern Creek or CBD offices. High performers may gain permanent conversion opportunities.
