Vehicle Administration & Registration Clerk
n Surf Toyota | Tweed Heads – Coolangatta
n Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Surf Toyota, located on the beautiful Tweed Coast and now operating under new ownership, is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Administration and Registration Clerk to join our growing team.

n

As a valued member of our dealership, you'll work closely with our experienced registration staff and vehicle delivery team in a fast-paced, supportive, and family-owned environment. This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations, coordination of logistics, and maintaining compliance with all administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and process current and used vehicle registrations with relevant authorities
n
- Manage vehicle documentation and compliance paperwork
n
- Liaise with internal departments including sales, service, and delivery
n
- Track registration status and maintain accurate records
n




- Assist with general administration duties within the delivery department
n

What We're Looking For:

- Prior experience in vehicle registrations is preferred but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

- Confident communication skills and a professional demeanour
