Knox Private Hospital is seeking motivated and customer-focused Orderlies to join our team on a casual basis.

As an Orderly, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring patients, equipment and supplies are transported safely and efficiently throughout the facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare environment where your contribution directly impacts the patient experience.

About the Role

In this varied and rewarding position, you will:

- Safely transport patients throughout the hospital
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility support
- Move equipment, beds and supplies across clinical departments
- Support theatre, ward and hospital operations as required
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and staff

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a healthcare, patient services or customer service environment (desirable)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts,



including weekends and evenings
- Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality service
