Job Description

UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families in Redland Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care. You will plan and provide nursing care, assess needs, and implement care plans while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will travel across the Redland Bay to Victoria Point area, on a casual basis, using your clinical skills to improve clients' quality of life and support their independence.
