Just Country Australia is looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Product Catalogue Assistant to join our growing marketing team and help deliver exceptional digital experiences across our brands and ecommerce channels.

About the Role:

n

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you'll play an important role in managing and continuously improving our D2C and B2B ecommerce platforms, including Shopify and NuOrder.

n

You'll take ownership of our product catalogues, support website and promotional campaigns, optimise content and SEO, and help ensure our digital platforms are accurate, engaging and easy for customers to use.

This is a newly created role within a growing marketing team, giving you the prospect to take ownership of key areas while getting involved in exciting projects across ecommerce, technology and digital marketing.

n

No two days will be the same. You'll work closely with internal teams, external technology providers and our ecommerce and marketing teams to solve problems, improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.

n

Flexibility matters to us. This role offers flexible start times and the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid arrangement.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

Manage the product catalogues for multiple brands.



This is a core responsibility of the role.

n

Coordinate promotional rollouts, website campaigns, and content creation.

n

Take ownership of the B2B ecomm channel and provide support and onboarding for wholesale customers and internal users on our NuOrder platform.

n

Support internal teams with troubleshooting and liaising with tech providers.

n

Assist in launching new features and functionality to enhance the customer experience.

n

Implement content and SEO best practices within guidelines.

n

Monitor infrastructure, integrations and third‐party tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, NuOrder, Pronto ERP and more).

n

Proactive quality assurance testing of the tech stack.

n

Ensure web best practice and the customer experience are central to your approach.

n

What You'll Need

n

A high degree of general web competence.

n

Experience compiling and managing large, complex product catalogues.

n

Proficient in data handling and Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v lookups etc.).

n

3+ years' experience in a similar ecommerce or digital coordination role.

n

Strong working knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce ecosystems.

n

Confident with SEO basics, web best practices, content strategy, and third‐party integrations.

n

Image editing skills (Photoshop or Canva).

n

Detail-oriented, organised, and a team player who knows how to manage multiple complex tasks and communicate effectively.

n





Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

n

Preferred:

n

Qualifications in IT, marketing, or business.

n

Experience in retail/fashion ecommerce.

n

Copywriting and creative content production skills.

n

Familiarity with AI tools, or an interest in learning how to leverage these.

n

Familiarity with NuOrder (B2B) and Pronto (ERP) is preferred but not essential.

n

Experience working in/with web developers, digital agencies or project management would be advantageous.

n
