Pillar of Salt is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on 2IC to join our team and help lead the café alongside our management team.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment, takes pride in delivering great service and knows how to get the best out of a team.

As our 2IC, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the café, leading the team during service, maintaining high standards across the floor and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience every time.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous café or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Ability to lead by example and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service and a genuine hospitality mindset
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills




- Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t need to be told what needs doing
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-volume environment
- Reliability, accountability and a positive attitude

Pay: $29.45 – $66.26 per hour
