About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role across food, beverage, gaming, wagering and entertainment. You’ll lead from the floor, support your team during busy service and take responsibility for the venue as Manager on Duty.

What you’ll do

- Lead daily shifts, including opening, closing and operational decisions

- Coach your team to deliver great service and a welcoming guest experience

- Keep service areas clean, well presented and ready for trade





- Support the Creative Director with live entertainment and nightclub events

- Complete cash handling, reconciliation and daily reporting

- Uphold liquor, gaming and workplace safety requirements

What we’re looking for

- At least one year’s experience in a similar hospitality leadership role

- Confidence leading busy shifts across food, beverage and gaming
- A practical approach to solving problems and supporting your team

- Strong organisation and confidence with cash handling and administration

- Availability for opens, mids, late-night closes, weekends and public holidays

- Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG, or willingness to obtain
