We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café and ensure a high standard of customer service, food quality and team performance.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café

- Lead, train and motivate café staff

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene

- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety requirements

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café

- Manage opening and closing procedures

- Monitor staff performance and provide training where required





- Maintain positive relationships with customers

- Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and customer experience

What we are looking for

- Previous café, restaurant or hospitality management experience

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work calmly in a rapid-paced environment

- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills

- Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required

Pay: $52,880.00 – $60,058.00 per year
