Parts Coordinator/Sales.

We're currently looking to recruit a Parts Coordinator/Sales team member to assist in the management of all parts and general sales enquiries, along with stock and warehouse control. This role is intended to work closely with the Parts Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department as the main supply chain to the production team along with retail sales to our national customer base.

Located north of the river, AutoWire is a Western Australian manufacturer specialising in the design and production of custom wiring harnesses and electrical systems for the mobile machinery, mining, civil construction and automotive sectors. Our team works closely with leading industry service providers to deliver reliable, purpose-built wiring solutions to meet their specific needs.

Alongside our manufacturing capability, AutoWire operates a strong parts sales division, supplying a wide range of connectors, wire, terminals and related electrical components to trade and industrial customers across the Western Australia and Interstate.

Key duties:

- Interpret parts and accessories requirements from customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Organise customer orders and purchase the parts required to fulfil them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.




- Process orders in a timely and effective manner.
- Take ownership of dispatch and proactively advise customers of any potential delays.
- Assist with stocktakes.
- Deliver parts to local customers or for urgent needs.
- Keep the warehouse neat and tidy.

What you'll bring:

- A solid understanding and foundation of automotive spare parts.
- A sound understanding of auto electrical parts, and the importance of high-quality workmanship and customer service.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Ability to work both, autonomously and as a team member.
- A current driver's licence is essential.
- A process-driven, detail-oriented approach.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
- Reliability everyone can count on.
- An excellent phone manner.
- An understanding of inventory control and its importance.
- Automotive parts or parts warehouse experience (preferred).
- Ability to think on the run and multitask when needed.
