Responsibilities

Tasks

Project Support

- Assist with the local planning & roll-out of various IT & Systems projects as required
- Collaborate with team members to create project documentation, including project plans, communications, status reports, and presentation materials
- Conduct research to gather relevant information and data needed for project decision-making




- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tasks as required to identify bugs and ensure positive project outcomes

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Use data analysis tools (eg. Analysis Office, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) to analyze trends, patterns, and key insights
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing data findings for departmental use with internal/external stakeholders
- Collaborate with data experts to create process improvements within the department and wider business

Administrative Tasks

- Prepare and manage departmental documentation in accordance with BSH compliance measures while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Schedule meetings and events, including sending invitations, reserving meeting rooms, and preparing meeting materials.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes when requested

General IT Support

- Assist with IT equipment set up and systems access for

new users
- Provide hardware and software support for employees based in Australia and Current Zealand
- General equipment maintenance
- Maintain asset management records for users across AU/NZ

General Systems Support

- Work with S4 team and SAP system users to raise tickets and/or demands for future system developments
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tasks as required to resolve/progress tickets
- Respond to email enquiries directed to S4 HANA inbox in a timely manner and as directed

Collaboration

- Actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and offer support to colleagues




- Actively participate in all BSH Student projects and collaboration sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Share knowledge and best practices with other Student Placement Program Participants to foster a culture of learning
- Engage in team-building activities and initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and collaboration

Health & Safety

- Demonstrate commitment to health and safety through participation in formal and informal discussions, workplace visits, hazard inspections and risk assessments
- Notify an incident or an injury promptly
- Follow all Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Participate in consultation as required and requested
- Attend Health & Safety learning opportunities, briefings, seminars and trainings

Adhoc

- Action any adhoc tasks as required and requested by the reporting Manager
- The tasks listed in this Position Description are not exhaustive and may vary

- Must have full working rights in Australia.
- Currently studying and undertaking a placement as part of study.
