Responsibilities
- Manage AV equipment and meeting spaces across to ensure they remain functional and fit for purpose.
- Provide support for meetings and presentations, including room setup, equipment configuration, and on‑site or remote assistance.
- Triage and prioritise AV requests received through ServiceNow, email, phone, or direct contact.
- Confirm AV requirements such as room location, equipment needs, and event details to ensure accurate service delivery.
