We seek an Automotive Service Advisor to join our friendly team. Working closely with our Service Manager, you will receive all the support you need to meet our high standards of customer service.

About the Role

- A genuine passion for customer service
- Minimum twelve months’ experience in customer service
- A reliable, punctual, and hard-working disposition

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- A can-do attitude
- Basic knowledge of vehicles - full on-the-job training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

- Liaising with customers, you will be responsible for estimating costs and work times and ensuring our customers are kept up to date at every stage of the servicing process.





- Working closely with workshop mechanics and parts departments to ensure completion of vehicle maintenance.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with our customers by delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate estimated completion times, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
