Soul Origin Booragoon is currently seeking Casual KITCHEN HANDS to join the team!

Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Can you confidently work alone, or as part of a small team? Then the Back of House role is for you! You’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
- Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.

To be successful you’ll have: · Experience using commercial grade knives
- Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- A robust understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Preferred:



A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
