Bakery Production Team Member, ButterBoy Wholesale ButterBoy is looking for energetic, hands-on people to join our wholesale kitchen team. Whether you’ve got previous formal baking experience or not, all we ask is that you’re quick on your feet, willing to learn, love working as part of a team, and take real pride in what you do.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where every batch counts, perfect for someone who likes to stay busy, enjoys variety in their day, and gets satisfaction from a job well done, start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

- Getting hands-on with mixing, weighing, and prepping ingredients
- Helping bake, load, unload, and cool batches of our cookies (and seasonal treats!)
- Learning to operate bakery equipment safely
- Packing and labelling product so it’s ready to roll out the door
- Keeping your space clean, organised, and safe
- Working closely with a fun, supportive crew who’ve got your back
- Growing your skills
