Scope of Work (SOW)

Provide Band 2 / L2 End User Computing (EUC) support to end users.

Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, Windows OS, application, hardware, printer, and peripheral-related issues.

Perform installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of end-user devices and applications.

Troubleshoot basic network, connectivity, and endpoint-related issues.

Support Active Directory user and device management, including account administration and password resets.

Manage and resolve incident and service request tickets within agreed SLA requirements.

Perform hands-on troubleshooting and remediation for EUC-related incidents.

Assist with software installation, updates, patches, and endpoint configuration as required.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L3/vendor teams with appropriate troubleshooting details.

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support activities.
