Summerset is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our Australian Operations team across Melbourne villages. You will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, delivering practical people solutions in employee relations, industrial relations and workforce initiatives.

Based in Melbourne with flexibility for part-time hours, you'll lead coaching, change management and capability development while ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws and up-to-date awards.
