About the role:

n

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support a multi-site Services business across Australia.

n

Working closely with Regional, Operational and Sales leaders, you will provide commercial insight across budgeting, forecasting, profitability and business performance.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across multiple branches
n
- Review contract profitability, pricing, operating costs, risks and commercial opportunities
n




- Partner with senior stakeholders through monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews
n
- Support CAPEX budgeting, approvals, capitalisation and key balance sheet activities
n
- Analyse payroll, fleet, materials, subcontractor and cost centre expenditure, providing commercial insights to the business
n

About you:

n

n
- CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance experience
n
- Strong hands-on SAP experience, with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
n
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
n
- Proven stakeholder management experience within complex, cross-functional or matrix organisations
n
- Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate experience highly regarded
