AboutourRole

n

Join the Barminco team as aPasteCrew member and support our underground mining operations across Australia, with opportunities available at sites throughout Western Australia. In this role,you'llplay a key part inmixing, pumping, and placing paste backfill into underground stopes to provide ground support and enable safe, efficient mining.

Whatwillyour day to day look like?

n

n
- Monitor paste fill devices/paste walls / paste valves
n
- Liaise and work in with the paste plant operator
n
- Complete paste fill checklists and paperwork
n
- Ensure paste backfill is completed as per plan
n
- Install, monitor, and maintain paste barricades and bulkheads
n
- Inspect, maintain, and clear paste lines and equipment to prevent blockages
n
- Work closely with mining and production teams to meet schedules
n




- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures during paste operations
n

Our ideal candidate background includes

n

n
- Previous experience working as a Paste Crew Operator
n
- Extensive experience working in underground mining
n
- All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL's)
n
- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
n
