We are seeking a skilled SheetMetal Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team at AVRO SheetMetal in South Albury, NSW. As a SheetMetal Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production and fabrication of high-quality metal components and assemblies. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace and contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

n

- Operate and maintain a variety of sheetmetal machinery, including press brakes, guillotines, and metal-cutting equipment
n
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication
n
- Perform precision metal cutting, bending, forming, and welding tasks to produce high-quality components
n
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes
n
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures
n
- Assist with the packing and preparation of finished products for delivery
n

- Eager to Learn and work as part of the team.

- Proficient in the use of sheetmetal machinery, including press brakes, guillotines,



and metal-cutting tools
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
n
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
n
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety procedures
n
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in sheetmetal fabrication or welding
