About the role Reporting to the Group Operations Manager and Site General Manager, you will:

Lead and motivate the production team

Champion a strong safety culture

Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership

Manage production resources, workflow and performance

Maintain quality, efficiency and cost control

Ensure customer orders are delivered

on time, in full and to specification

Work closely with other departments to improve overall plant performance

What we’re looking for

5+ years’ experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role

Printing industry experience highly regarded

Experience with self adhesive labels or similar printed products preferred

Robust people leadership and communication skills

A practical, hands on approach to problem solving

Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

Quality assurance experience highly desirable

Highly organised, motivated and results focused
