Key responsibilities

Carrying out general plumbing maintenance and repairs across small commercial properties

Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues

Attending reactive maintenance and service call-outs

Completing preventative maintenance and scheduled works

Repairing and maintaining toilets, taps, valves, pumps, pipework and fixtures

Identifying issues and providing practical solutions

Liaising professionally with clients,



tenants and site contacts

Completing job reports and relevant documentation

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Maintaining a clean, professional presentation in office

About you

Holds a current Plumbing and Gas fitting Licence

Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably within a commercial environment

Confident working independently and managing multiple jobs

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

Strong communication and customer service skillsReliable, punctual and well presented

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Holds a current driver's licence

Comfortable using technology to complete job reporting and communication
