End-to-end residential portfolio management Landlord and tenant relationship management Lease renewals and rent reviews Arrears,



maintenance and compliance Routine inspections and reporting Tribunal matters when required About You:

Previous residential Property Management experience is a must Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and time management Proactive, detail-focused and confident working autonomously About the Company:
