As an On-Road Home Assessor, you'll attend residential properties across the Western Sydney region to assess damage, determine repair requirements and prepare scopes of work following home insurance claims. You'll work closely with customers, builders, repairers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes and a positive customer experience throughout the claims journey. Key Responsibilities

Conduct onsite property assessments Identify building damage and repair requirements Prepare scopes of work and repair estimates Review claim documentation, photos and reports Manage claims through to completion Liaise with customers,



builders and repair partners Negotiate repair outcomes and costs Ensure repairs are completed within agreed timeframes What's On Offer?
