TYRE TEAM INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD – Endeavour Hills VIC Description of the Position to be filled

– Undertake motor vehicle services, carry out repairs of engines, the transmission, the suspension systems as well as undertake electronic diagnostics at an efficient and professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities

– Perform Tyre changing, wheel alignment and wheel balance. – Discuss problems with car owners to discover faults, listen to engines and operate special test equipment and test drive vehicles to ascertain faults – Determine cause & effect of identified problems and determine best course of action – Repair and replace worn and faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines, transmission, differentials or steering gear etc. – Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts or assemblies – Use of proper tools to make sure they are working properly and put them back into the vehicle. – Perform preventive maintenance such as checking fluid levels, brake systems, steering, generating ignition, and electrical wiring systems. – Tune engines using special electronic equipment and make fine adjustments. – Diagnose, repair and replace engine management/fuel injection components. -Use of electronic test equipment to locate and correct malfunctions in lighting, instrumentation, electronic fuel injection, ignition and emissions control systems.



– Perform administrative tasks such as completion of vehicle details on Job Sheet and ensue all purchase invoices are properly attached with the Job Sheets. -Maintain proper and protected keeping of all tools and equipment and ensure hazardous substances are disposed appropriately. – Follow occupational health and safety practices. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required

– Certificate IV in Motor Mechanism from a recognized institute in Australia OR an AQF Certificate 111 OR an equivalent recognized qualification is required. – Certificate IV in Automotive Technology specifically is required for this position. – Full car licence is required for this position. – Valid driving licence – Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the same industry – Ability to carry out tasks with “can-do” attitude and positivity is highly desirable – Candidates must hold any valid work visa to be eligible for this position Remuneration and Facilities:

Annual Gross Salary package of AUD 80,000-85,000 plus Super awaits the right candidate. – Growth and exposure with all types and models of motor vehicles– Access to technical databases maintained by the industry body, main suppliers etc. Job Type – Full time (Monday-Friday) & Half Day on Saturday
