ABOUT THE ROLE Following recent growth in the business and promotions an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong FP&A; skillset and curiosity has become available. You will be responsible for
Leading budgeting and forecast for the group
Provide commercial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders and ELT
Develop and maintain financial models
Partner with a variety of operational teams and present insights aligned to key performance metrics
Develop and mentor one direct report
Work collaboratively with wider finance function an divisional finance business partners
Be champion for continuous improvements and AI adoption
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
CPA or CA qualified
5+ years financial analysis and FP&A; exposure
BI systems experience essential, Oracle preferred but not essential
Dynamic, driven, energetic and have a positive attitude
You will display a ‘growth mindset’ and have a robust desire to learn and improve
