Rocky Bay in Noranda is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our short‑term accommodation service for adults living with a disability. You’ll lead a dedicated team, coach staff, manage rosters and ensure high‑quality, person‑centred supports aligned with NDIS standards.
You’ll build solid partnerships with customers, families and stakeholders, oversee service delivery within budget, and drive continuous improvement while promoting a positive, inclusive culture across the team.
