Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Coordinate daily service and allocate staff responsibilities.
- Train and onboard current team members.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, hygiene and safety.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Complete cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, check deliveries and assist with stocktakes.
- Support sales targets through team coaching and upselling.
- Assist with rostering, labour management and restaurant operations.




- Lead the venue effectively when senior management is unavailable.

About You

- Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain organised and calm during busy service periods.
- Reliable, proactive and confident when solving problems.
- Understanding of food safety, workplace safety and hospitality service standards.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- A current RSA certificate.
