Who You Are

n

- Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer,



or Legal Practitioner certification.
n
- Minimum 10 years experience in contract management within EPC, mining, infrastructure, or heavy engineering sectors.
n
- Deep expertise in FIDIC, NEC, GCC, and bespoke contract negotiation and administration.
n
- Proven track record managing complex claims, disputes, and commercial risk profiles.
n

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of major commercial contracts and subcontracts.
n
- Oversee contract governance, risk management, and compliance throughout full project lifecycles.
n
- Manage extension of time claims, variations, cost recovery, and dispute resolution.
n
- Provide strategic commercial guidance and mentorship to engineering and project management teams.
