MARS Healthcare is partnering with a well-established Allied Health organisation to recruit an experienced Podiatrist to join their community team, servicing clients across the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a Podiatrist with 1.5-2+ years' experience who enjoys working independently, building solid relationships with clients and providing meaningful, patient-focused care in the community.

n

The Opportunity

n

You'll provide mobile podiatry services directly to clients in their homes and community settings, with a varied caseload across aged care, geriatric and general podiatry.

n

You'll typically see around 10 clients per day, with approximately 6 hours of face-to-face clinical work.
n The role is structured to provide a manageable and sustainable workload, while still offering the security and benefits of a full-time position.

n

The organisation is ideally looking for someone to join full-time, however, they are open to Podiatrists seeking a minimum of 3 days per week.

About the Role

n

Working throughout the Northern suburbs of Melbourne, you'll provide personalised podiatry services to clients in their homes and community settings.

n

You'll manage a varied caseload, with a strong focus on geriatric and community care, supporting clients with everything from routine podiatry and preventative foot care through to more complex foot health and mobility needs.
n You'll have the opportunity to develop genuine, ongoing relationships with your clients, helping to maintain their mobility, independence and overall quality of life.

Your caseload will include:

- Home-based podiatry
n
- Geriatric aged care
n
- General podiatry and routine foot care
n
- Preventative and ongoing foot health management
n
- Mobility and functional support
n




- Client education and individualised care planning
n

n

Importantly, you won't be spending your evenings catching up on admin. A dedicated scheduling and administration team will support you with your diary, appointments and administrative requirements, allowing you to focus on what you do best - providing great clinical care.

About You

n

We're looking for a qualified Podiatrist who has:

n

n
- 1.5-2+ years' clinical experience
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Experience or an interest in community and/or aged care
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own day
n
- A genuine passion for patient-centred care
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
