Core Painting Solutions is growing rapidly and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our residential division across the Sunshine Coast.

n

This is a leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in high standards, strong communication and running organised, effective projects from start to finish.

n

You will be managing a team of approximately 20 painters across multiple residential repaint and high-end new build projects, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.

n

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing multiple residential painting projects simultaneously
n
- Coordinating labour, materials, schedules and site progress
n
- Leading and supporting leading hands and painters
n
- Maintaining strong communication with clients, builders and management
n
- Ensuring projects run efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
n
- Conducting site inspections, quality control and client handovers
n
- Assisting with team development, accountability and workplace culture
n

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in project management or supervisory roles within painting or construction
n
- Experience in high-end residential repaints or new residential projects highly regarded
n
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
n
- Ability to manage people, timelines and client expectations professionally
n
- Solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
n
- Professional presentation and communication skills
n
- Current driver's licence
n
