Marcoola Tyre & Mechanical is seeking a Service Advisor / Automotive Technical Advisor to work alongside the Office Manager and workshop team. This hands-on role combines customer service with technical support, helping technicians and ensuring jobs move smoothly from quote to completion.

You will interpret technician findings, explain repairs to customers in explicit terms, assist with job allocation and workshop workflow, and provide guidance to apprentices.
