FOH Supervisor

We’re looking for a warm, driven and people-focused FOH Supervisor to join our Fitzroy team. Working closely with the FOH Manager you would assist in leading service, support the team, and uphold Lune’s trademark hospitality standards at our iconic Lune Fitzroy venue.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being on the floor, leads by example, and brings consistency, calm, and positivity to every shift.

What the role involves:

- Leading service and supporting the FOH Manager with daily operations
- Coaching and guiding the team during service
- Handling guest feedback with warmth and professionalism
- Upholding service, presentation, and safety standards across both venues
- Supporting the development of a positive, values-driven team culture





We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 1–2 years’ experience in a hospitality leadership, supervisor, or senior FOH role
- Specialty coffee experience
- Communicates clearly, kindly, and confidently
- Is organised, proactive, and able to problem-solve on the fly
- Is positive, kind, and driven — with a genuine passion for people
- Availability to work 4 days/week (must include Sunday + Monday)
- Has full working rights in Australia
