is currently seeking a

qualified Mechanical Fitters

to join our team working on maintenance projects for

Water Treatment Plants

across

Sydney South & Eastern Suburbs . This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled tradespeople with water infrastructure experience to secure

ongoing work

on

Sydney Water sites .

What's On Offer:

$59.89 to $64.65/hr (Depending on certificates held) + Penalties + Allowances

Consistent 40 hour weeks with occasional overtime

Overtime penalties and

above

industry-standard

allowances

Long-term , ongoing role with the goal & prospect for FT employment (temp to perm)

Work on major infrastructure projects across

Sydney Water

sites

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

as a Mechanical Fitter, ideally in water treatment or similar industrial & construction environments.

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

in relevant discipline

Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle (you may be required to work at different locations)

White Card (Construction Induction Card)

- mandatory

Working at Heights MUST

Confined Spaces MUST

Valid Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or unrestricted visa)

Strong understanding and commitment to

site safety protocols





Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Able to

follow instructions and work autonomously

where required

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

mechanical maintenance

on water treatment equipment and plant machinery

Maintain and repair

pipes, valves, conveyors, and pumps

Assist with

general labouring tasks

around the plant as needed

Support daily operations to ensure smooth functionality of the treatment plant

Participate in site toolbox talks and

maintain strong safety practices
