Therapy Collab is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing, values‑driven team. This role is ideal for someone who delivers high‑quality, trauma‑informed behaviour support and wants a manageable caseload that allows for meaningful, well‑paced clinical work.
You’ll work closely with families, SIL providers, support coordinators and multidisciplinary partners, contributing to a service that prioritises ethical practice, cultural safety and practitioner wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering evidence‑based, trauma‑informed behaviour support
- Managing a small, stable caseload with time for quality documentation
- Completing functional assessments, behaviour support plans and ongoing monitoring
- Collaborating with families, providers and MDTs
- Contributing to reflective practice, service development and continuous improvement
- Upholding NDIS Quality & Safeguards requirements
Who you are
- An experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with strong clinical reasoning - Proficient or above
- Skilled in Functional Behaviour Assessment, risk management and restrictive practice reduction
- Confident working with complex presentations and diverse support environments
- Collaborative, reflective and committed to high‑quality documentation
- Someone who values autonomy, transparency and trauma‑informed practice
- Must have a Bachelors Degree or above in a relevant discipline
