The Lakes Estate Retirement Village in Taylors Lakes, VIC, is seeking a dedicated wellbeing-focused coordinator to support residents’ care needs and wellbeing planning. You will collaborate with staff, visiting doctors, and external providers to ensure timely access to services and meaningful activity programs.

You will manage resident wellbeing plans, coordinate with care partners, and maintain accurate wellbeing records while placing residents at the center of everything you do.
