VUE Property is looking for an organised, proactive Property Manager to take ownership of our residential rental portfolio and help grow our property management division.

n

This is a hands-on role covering property management, leasing and new business. You'll work closely with our principals and sales team, keeping owners informed, tenants supported and properties performing.

Your role

Property management

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day operation of a residential property portfolio.
n
- Build strong relationships with landlords through explicit communication and reliable follow-through.
n
- Handle tenant enquiries, maintenance requests and tenancy matters.
n
- Coordinate repairs, tradespeople and owner approvals.
n
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and prepare accurate reports.
n
- Monitor rental payments, follow up arrears and manage lease renewals and rent reviews.
n
- Maintain accurate records and manage tenancies in line with applicable requirements.

Leasing and tenant selection

n

- Coordinate rental advertising, enquiries, open homes and private inspections.
n
- Assess applications, conduct reference checks and make informed tenant recommendations to owners.
n
- Prepare lease documentation and coordinate tenant sign-ups and move-ins.
n




- Proactively manage upcoming vacancies to minimise time without a tenant.
n

Owner relationships and portfolio growth

n

- Respond to prospective landlord enquiries and conduct rental appraisals.
n
- Present VUE's property management services and secure new management agreements.
n
- Work with our sales team to identify investor referrals and new management opportunities.
n
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and transfers of newly signed properties.
n

About you

n

You have property management experience, strong organisational skills and the confidence to handle conversations with owners, tenants and tradespeople.

n

You'll also bring:

- Clear written and verbal communication.
n
- Good judgement, attention to detail and a practical approach to resolving issues.
n
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and follow tasks through to completion.
n
- A service-focused attitude, with an interest in winning new business.
n
- Working knowledge of NSW residential tenancy requirements.
n
- A current NSW real estate licence or certificate of registration appropriate to the role.
n
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
